FloriCon 2023 Competition Terms and Conditions
Skills Workshop
- This ticket includes entry to FloriCon, and access to the Skills Workshop for 1 person for 1 day, as stated on the ticket.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Attendees must register at the BFA welcome desk by 10.15am on the day of the workshop.
- The workshop will run from 10.30am – 4pm.
- Each attendee must bring a fully stocked tool box.
- Sundries and fresh materials will be provided.
- It is the responsibility of the attendee to book the correct workshop date. No changes can be made on the day of the workshop.
- It is the responsibility of the attendee to be at the correct location, at the correct time.
- Late arrivals will be granted access to the workshop, on the understanding that no disruption is caused to the other attendees.
- All attendees must make themselves and their work available, as required by the BFA for media purposes.
- Through participating in the workshop, the attendee grants permission to the BFA and associated parties to make recordings (still images and video) of them and their work, and for the recordings to be used in marketing, promotion and any other media activity.
- The BFA reserve the right to amend the rules and regulations for FloriCon workshops at any time.
- Aggression and/or abuse from attendees or other visitors directed towards BFA staff or other attendees will not be tolerated. This includes being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Attendees or visitors found displaying any of the above behaviour will be removed from the event and banned from entering any future events organised by the BFA.
