Complete the form below to apply for membership, you will then be redirected to the checkout to make a payment for your membership. Our team will then review and activate your membership within 5 to 10 working days. Your membership is valid for 1 year, we'll send you a reminder by email when it's time to renew. We will need details of your website, public liability insurance number and HMRC reference number before we can approve your application, however there's no rush at this stage to create your business profile to include images, delivery areas, opening times and business description.  You can add this information at a later stage when creating your profile and once you have been approved by the Membership department.
