No one wants to make redundancies or close the door on employees but sometimes these difficult decisions have to be done, but there are rules.

Letting your employees know that you want them to return to work is one of the nicer things you’ll be doing in the next few weeks. So just as you sent them a letter about going on Furlough now you need a letter about coming off Furlough.
