European Florist Championship – Europa Cup 2022

International Congress Center in Katowice attracted crowds of florists and flower enthusiasts from all over Europe. Representatives of 16 individual countries took part in this prestigious competition in order to select the one who deserves victory on the European arena.
Hanneke Frankema from The Netherlands was crowned champion.
This year’s Europa Cup 2022 was inspired by music.
The competition is spread over two days – Friday and Saturday, and its culmination is the GREAT FINAL. On Saturday evening, the six finalists were selected, Stefan van Berlo from Belgium, Michael Liebrich from Germany, Fabrizio Panone from Italy, Gabor Nagy from Hungary, Hanneke Frankema from The Netherlands and Nicu Bocancea from Romania.
2nd place went to Gabor from Hungary and 3rd place was Michael from Germany.

Caroline Crabb was our UK competitor. After so many cancellations and dates moved from one year to another, Caroline accepted the challenge with patience and enthusiasm. We know Caroline was an excellent competitor and ambassador for the country and made long lasting friendships with her fellow competitors.
