The British Florist Association is evolving – and weโ€™re looking for the right person to be part of that journey.

This is a key role at the centre of the organisation, helping us build a stronger, more connected and more relevant BFA for todayโ€™s florists.


The Role

Youโ€™ll manage and support our membership day to day – ensuring everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with a genuinely welcoming feel.

From handling enquiries and onboarding new members, to keeping communication clear and organised, youโ€™ll play a direct role in how the BFA is experienced.


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Comfortable with systems, spreadsheets and databases
  • Friendly, approachable and professional
  • Proactive – someone who takes ownership and gets things done

Experience helps, but attitude matters more. Weโ€™re looking for someone who wants to contribute, not simply maintain.


The Practical Side

  • 28 hours per week (flexible working pattern)
  • Remote role, with occasional meetings and events
  • Salary: ยฃ19,000 – ยฃ20,000 per annum (depending on experience)
